Day-to-day work
Process supplier invoices and payment runs
Reconcile daily sales against deposits
Prepare payroll inputs for each cutoff
Support the monthly close and BIR filings
Outcomes
Books close within five working days of month end
Zero unreconciled deposits carried past a month

Must-haves
Accountancy or finance degree
1+ year in accounts payable or general accounting
Confident in spreadsheets
Nice-to-haves
Restaurant or retail multi-branch experience
