🍳 This product is fully cooked and only requires reheating.

🔥 You can heat it in a pan or in the microwave. If using the microwave, make sure to transfer to a microwave-safe container first. Do not heat it in the sealed bag or it will explode.

👨‍🍳 We start the sliced beef on high heat in the griller until it develops charred edges and a smoky aroma. It then goes to a braise in our modified gyudon sauce for an hour in a large stock pot to get a nice, tender texture.
