Since our food comes from different locations, every order should be from one brand.

But since Beefier and Flowerboy come from The Grid, the two brands can be ordered together.

  • Why do you have a 90 minute lead time for deliveries?
    Our goal is to make sure your orders arrive within your chosen schedule!

    It takes around 30 minutes to prepare your order. We account ~60 minutes for booking a rider, transit time, and allowance for traffic or weather conditions.
  • Can I order from multiple brands?
    You can order Beefer & Flowerboy products together since both come from The Grid, Powerplant Mall.

    Bad Bird & Ultramen products can also be delivered together from SM Megamall.

    Otherwise, our food comes from different locations, so you will have to place separate orders per brand!
  • Do you deliver outside Metro Manila (Cavite, Santa Rosa, Bulacan, etc.)?
    Sorry, the farthest we can deliver to is Muntinlupa/Las Pinas in the South, and Caloocan in the North. We cover all areas within Metro Manila that fit this range!
  • Do you accept Lyka Gems or Cash-on-Delivery?
    We don't, but you can pay via Credit/Debit Cards, GCash, and Manual Bank Deposit!
  • How do I know if my order is ready for pick-up?
    Our restaurant team will text your contact number. If you don't receive a text at least 5 minutes before your time slot, you can send us a message here.
  • I paid for my order already, but realized I want more food. Can I still add to my order?
    Yes, you can! Just send us a message ASAP so we can update your order and inform the restaurant. We'll email you an invoice to settle the bill.
  • Can I use my discount code on Family Kits and Bundles?
    Sorry, but discount codes don't apply to Family Kits and Bundles since they're already at a discounted price! You can use your code on all other regular items.
  • Do you accept Senior Citizen/PWD Cards for online transactions?
    We don't accept these online since we can't properly verify and cross check with the owner of the ID. Sorry about this!

    However, you can present these for a discount when you dine-in!
