How to Cook Your Dry Noodles

How To Cook Your Ramen:

  1. Thaw all the items in the box.
  2. Once fully thawed, separate noodles gently by hand to avoid clumping.
  3. Bring water to a rolling boil.
  4. Gently drop the loosened noodles in the boiling water.
  5. Using chopsticks, stir the noodles while boiling to prevent them sticking together. Cook for 50-60 seconds for a firm bite. Warning: Even an extra 10 seconds can make the noodles soggy.
  6. When done, pour noodles in a strainer and discard the hot water. Run hot noodles through room temp water to cool down and avoid overcooking.
  7. Heat up soup just until it begins to simmer. Do not let it over boil or the soup will reduce/evaporate and get too flavorful.
  8. Turn off heat and transfer to a bowl with cooked noodles.
  9. Top with chashu* and green seasoning oil.

*Note: The chashu is fully cooked. You can reheat it however you want.
