What we look for
Most people go through life without any seriousness. They will stand to wait for an elevator as the escalator keeps climbing past them. They say things like "chill" and "there's plenty of time." They don't feel bad losing. Mediocrity feels like a well-worn t-shirt. Once a year they would express a dream, but it sits on the shelf with a thick coat of dust.

We like people who attach their self-worth to how skilled they are, to the polish and craft of things they've made, to the size of their dreams. It doesn't matter how small or big. But it matters they moved forward with the world a little better with them helping build it.
