this looks just like any basic cheeseburger but it's really not!! the DOUBLE smashed patties with edges crisped to perfection was soooo goood!!! i'd choose this over any other burgers out there. plus the sauce omg!! i usually add szechuan sauce too and it's chef's kiss!!

PROPER smash burgers!

Pre-covid, I had my first ever smash burger in Downtowner, one of the most popular burger joints in Seoul. Ever since then I've been looking for something similar here in Manila and I'VE FINALLY FOUND IT!! This really hit the spot. So crispy and so cheesy. :) I've been feeling cooped up at home but this made me feel like I got to revisit Seoul for a hot sec!

i value any burger that has crispy smashed edges and this burger not only features one crispy edged patty but TWO! so gooooood and so satisfying. maillard reactions are luv <3 and this burger has that in spades.
