It's difficult to find quality ground beef in Manila so the burgers you cook at home are never as good as the ones in restaurants. Usually, the beef is mushy, made from the cheapest cow parts with offal + extenders, and the fat content may be inaccurate.
At Beefier, we grind our own beef fresh daily. Grinding fresh, locally-raised beef ensures that we have full control over the quality of our burgers. We only use the most flavorful cuts (shoulder) and we go for a 75/25 meat-to-fat ratio for a juicy and tender patty.

You can keep the burgers in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours. After that you'll need to freeze them. Once frozen, you can still use the beef for other dishes such as chili, lasagna, or pasta.
