We cook firm and chewy noodles with our own roasted sesame paste. The flavor is difficult to describe; nutty, sour, sweet, and savory all at once. This is one of our team's personal favorites.

it was my first time trying our dried tantanmen noodles and i've been craving it ever since! it has a rich and unique taste which I love. it's a tad spicy and my dad can't take even the least amount of heat but he was able to devour a number of bites so it's that good!

Like nothing I've had before

I love ordering tantanmen everywhere I go, and man this one takes the throne for me. These noodles taste like the forest. The meaty broth base, sesame paste, and mushrooms cut by the leeks and beansprouts really give this round, umami-loaded bite of rich AF noodles. Def getting this again next time!
